The Matribirth prenatal education program, created by Free Birth Society, is a 6-week alternative birth education program that delves deep into the physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences of pregnancy, birth and postpartum leaving you feeling informed and well prepared to welcome your little one.

This is an online course consisting of six weekly meetings, 1-2 hours in length. Including a robust parent guidebook and resources list.

The Childbirth Prep Class for the Sovereign Family
The Matribirth Family Prenatal Education series is designed for families planning a sovereign home birth, but the information shared can be helpful in preparing for any birth location. The broader focus of the program is to prepare a family for the shifts that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum hold through education and thoughtful investigation.
Meet Your Matribirth Family Instructor
Christa is a wife, auntie, and sister passionate about serving the women and families in her community through prenatal, birth, and postpartum support. She believes that creating an integrated transition into motherhood is a key factor in supporting a healthy mother-child relationship and healing the brokenness in our world.
She has experience counseling women in pregnancy, attending homebirths, and serving women postpartum. She is a graduate of the Matribirth Mentor Institute and the Radical Birth Keeper School.
